With a background in hospitality and over seven years of experience in yachting on both private and busy charter yachts, Chief Stewardess Lucija Radovčić ensures an impeccable guest experience aboard CARMEN. Fluent in Croatian, English, Italian, German, and Spanish, she has experience working in multinational environments and a deep understanding of diverse cultures, which allows her to easily adapt to guests' needs. Her top strength lies in flawlessly planning and executing unforgettable experiences to charter guests, from intimate dinners to lavish parties, while maintaining meticulous housekeeping standards to keep the interior pristine and welcoming. In her free time, Lucija enjoys outdoor activities such as walking, trekking, hiking, and cycling, as well as spending quality time with family and friends. Reading a good book or cooking for loved ones also brings her great happiness.
