Girolata
Girolata is an isolated cove to the west of Corsica and located to the north of Calvi. It’s characterized by a large cove that provides excellent cover to boats and yachts for mooring. The port is managed privately and sees large numbers of tourists arriving in their boats during peak season.
Girolata is known for its reddish cliffs and calm terrain occupied by eucalyptus trees and small rocks. It provides a direct entry to the Scandola marine reserve. This is usually a pit stop in Corsican itineraries.
