Holding a Master of Yacht 200GT/OOW 500GT license, along with extensive offshore sailing experience, he has captained and crewed on a variety of yachts ranging from sleek racing sailboats to luxury motor yachts. His career has taken him across the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and the Atlantic, where he has led charters, deliveries, and regatta crews with precision and expertise. Tomasz’s background in television production management gives him a unique edge in organization, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. His time in high-pressure environments has sharpened his ability to manage logistics seamlessly, ensuring smooth and enjoyable charters. He speaks English and Polish fluently and has an intermediate level of Russian and Spanish.
