Sail & Work Experience: Thiago is a very keen and enthusiastic sailor, eager to learn and to entertain the guests on board whether sailing the yacht or aiding them at all the water sports offered on board. Thiago has gained a lot of experience on yachts during his time living in Palma. He has worked in many different areas, always showing great skills and team work on deck, in the engine room and helping out with the interior when needed. Job Description: Thiago has the expertise required to stand in for the captain in his absence, acting in an important role for first mate duties. He assists the captain during navigation and participates in all on-deck operations, respecting guests’ activities. He has extensive knowledge of the maintenance of sailing yachts and is responsible for the running of deck equipment and machinery. Languages spoken: Portuguese, English, and Spanish

She has 9 years of experience in hospitality in Sweden, Denmark and Spain in high-end service. Always eager to learn and develop her skills, Zandra is down to earth and professional. She is the perfect personality to complete the YCH2 team. Job Description: Zandra is responsible for organization, management, and cleanliness of all interiors. She maintains an accurate inventory of all service items and supplies. She ensures cleaning and preparation of the vessel to the highest standards prior to all guest trips. In charge of vessel provisioning for both guests and crew, and all aspects of daily life. When guests are onboard, she ensures they are properly cared for and that all their requirements are met. She offers a particular attention to details and a polite and entertaining spirit. Languages spoken: Portuguese, English, and Spanish
