With more than 10,000 nautical miles under sail, she is an accomplished sailor who plays an active role in navigation and deck operations. Her culinary inspiration comes from her background in marketing within the Blue Economy, where she developed a deep appreciation for sustainability and local ingredients. Constança crafts vibrant Mediterranean-inspired menus layered with global influences, always tailored to guests’ tastes and preferences.
