In addition to his yachting background, Daniel has built an impressive career within Michelin-level and high-volume restaurant environments, holding positions such as Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef de Partie across Croatia, Ireland, and Iceland. Throughout his career, Michele has demonstrated exceptional operational and leadership capabilities in positions ranging from Captain and Chief Officer to Lead Deckhand aboard yachts up to 104 meters in length. His extensive expertise includes navigation, watchkeeping, safety management, deck and machinery maintenance, shipyard periods, and tender operations.
