Job description Responsible for organization, management and cleanliness of all interiors, Emmanuelle’s role is to support both the captain and the chef to ensure the charter experience is as comfortable and accommodating as possible for the clients. She offers particular attention to detail and a polite and entertaining spirit. She is responsible for the management of the deck as well as any watersports activities.
