Fabio's adventure begins at the age of twenty, when he embarked for the first time as a skipper on board a private yacht, an experience that makes him discover how his great passion, the sea, could really become a career. After a period spent as a Base Manager of a charter company, Fabio soon got back at sea as a Captain aboard several private and charter yachts, exploring much of the Mediterranean and beyond. Divemaster for pleasure, his knowledge of the sea is comparable only to that of gastronomy, another of his great talents, that he decided to cultivate by opening an Italian restaurant in Brazil. Fabio loves cooking for guests aboard using a variety of ingredients to create a varied menu with cooking techniques learnt from different locations around the world. Determined, precise and professional, Fabio masters great mechanical and hydraulic skills and keeping the yacht in perfect condition is among his priorities as Captain. Strongly appreciated by the crews, he always manages to provide a warm still discreet service, adapting to the needs of individual guests on board. Italian mother-tongue, he speaks fluently English and Portuguese and a basic Spanish.

Emiliano Cipriani

Emiliano is a very expert and dynamic deckhand who loves traveling and life in the open air. He joined the maritime industry in 2006, when he got a job at Dufour Sailing yard: he was in charge of yacht delivery. Then, in 2009, he was hired as a captain of a small sailing yacht and took care of every aspect of the yacht management, including maintenance. From 2014 to 2017 Emiliano was embarked as a first mate on a larger vessel and in 2019 he joined Shangra’s crew. Fond of sport and very active, Emiliano is a great team member and extremely guest-oriented. Italian mother tongue, he speaks English and a basic French.

Ramona Catarama

Ramona is a reliable and responsible crew member. Dynamic and teamoriented,with strong attention to details and guests’ satisfaction, she is able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high service standards. After the hotel school degree, she enhanced her skills by attending a Cooking Course at SEA School Food Academy. She holds the following certifications: STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping), ENG1 Medical Certificate, and HACCP Certificate. Romanian mothertongue, she has an intermediate knowledge of English.

Asia Andrea Leonardi

Asia is young but highly motivated professional crew member with a strong academic background in Sports Science and Nutrition and a High School Diploma in Foreign Languages. Asia has always been passionate about life at sea and she is eager to put her knowledge and skills at the service of guests, with discretion, dedication, and attention to detail, in order to ensure them the best possible stay and experience. Asia holds a Seafarer Registration (Second Category) issued by the Port Authority of Siracusa, with the qualification of Mess Assistant / Junior Steward, a valid IMO STCW Basic Training certification, and has been a CONI-recognized Certified Personal Trainer since 2019. Italian mothertongue, she has an advanced knowledge of English, intermediate level of Spanish and a basic level of German.
