This is his 4° season at the helm of Sandi IV.Thanks to his skills in cruising and to his flexibility, he's able to satisfy guests in the best possible way.Committed to high standards and passionate about yachting , Ciro is a believer of delivering well trained teams that exceed expectations. Italian mothertongue, he speaks a good level of English.

Dagmara has a real passion for cocktails and mixology, developed during her previous working experience, so she will be sure to offer guests aboard their favorite cocktail!
