Captain Maurizio was born near Cesenatico on the central-northern Adriatic Sea and began his career at sea on fishing boats in 1979 and soon moved on to commercial vessels. Subsequently he specialized in the supply vessel sector: offshore tugboats for platform support, rescue and rescue at sea, anti-pollution services and environmental disasters. His desire to experiment, together with his competence, preparation and experience, lead him to also carry out passenger services in the Mediterranean. He finally arrived in the world of private and commercial pleasure boats in 2007 and stands out for his reliability, preparation and priority attention to safety, so much so that he personally takes care of the related technical aspects on board.

Matteo is a professional chef with 20 years of experience. He has knoledge of all types of cuisine from traditional to a more modern cuisine with great respect for the raw material and its own valorisation. He has knowledge also of regional cuisines. He owned some restaurant businesses which certainly helped him in his professional growth. His passion for the sea and boats led him to start his adventure on boats in the early years as a cook and later also as a sailor help in maneuvering and cleaning the boat. Polite and punctual, respectful of roles. Sunny and dynamic, friendly and professional with work colleagues. Used to working under stress and with roles of responsibility. Order and cleanliness are fundamental in his daily life in the kitchen.
