Over the years, he have worked as a chef in various countries including the USA, Italy, Germany, Greece, and the Caribbean, gaining valuable experience with diverse culinary cultures. His goal is to offer an unforgettable gastronomic experience by combining traditional flavors with modern techniques. As a disciplined and innovative chef with a strong team-oriented approach, he focuses on creating distinction by prioritising quality and flavor in every dish.

Thalia Alix Gabrielle Woolbright

Chief Stewardess

Thalia is French, born to an American father and a European-Asian mother, making her naturally attuned to different cultures and exceptionally versatile in any international environment. Fluent in six languages, she brings a unique blend of grace, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism to her role as Chief Stewardess on board ROCCO. She began her yachting career in 2012 as a Sole Stewardess and quickly rose through the ranks, securing her first Chief Stewardess position within the same season. Her dedication and performance eventually led to roles as Personal Assistant to yacht owners, highlighting her trusted discretion and multitasking ability. Thalia is also a trained artist and sculptor, which translates into a sharp eye for detail and an elevated sense of aesthetic – key assets in creating memorable guest experiences. Technically proficient across all aspects of interior management, she ensures the highest standards are consistently met. Holding a degree in Psychology from the University of Paris 8, a renowned center for social sciences and humanities, Thalia brings emotional intelligence and calm authority to her role. Her ability to gracefully manage stressful situations and lead a cohesive team makes her an invaluable presence on board ROCCO.
