Captain Carmelo has deeply changed his life when he decided to dedicate it to his true passion, the sea.

After a long career in the navy, Captain Carmelo devoted himself to the yachting industry for the past 14 years. During his career, he has worked aboard both private and commercial yachts, sailing and motor yachts, developing strong organisational skills and learning to manage each crew with professionalism and responsibility.

Queen Martina’s deckhand Giuseppe has a long lasting passione for the sea that has become his second home. Desipite is young age, Giuseppe has collected a solid experience as deckahnd on board motor yachts.

Always attentive and precise in all onboard tasks and manoeuvres, Giuseppe is an excellent deckhand, kind and hardworking. Languages: Italian, English, Spanish.



Magdalena, the chef of Queen Martina, brings nearly a decade of experience aboard private and commercial yachts, both sailing and motor. Originally from Poland and holding a degree in Economics and Commerce, Magdalena relocated to Italy in 1992, where she dedicated her life to the culinary arts. Her passion for travel and the sea has enabled her to master the flavors of various culinary traditions, with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine, as well as European and international gastronomy. strong interpersonal skills and a natural inclination for teamwork. Magdalena is known for her professionalism, dedication, and adaptability to diverse working environments. She excels in independently organizing her time and managing her workload efficiently.

Alessandra, a 24-year-old hostess, brings four years of experience in the charter industry. She is fluent in four languages: Romanian, Russian, Italian, and English. Born in Italy to Romanian parents, Alessandra combines her rich cultural heritage with her extensive professional expertise to provide exceptional service. Her linguistic proficiency and background make her an asset in international settings, enhancing communication and guest experiences on board.
