5th season on Odyssey III.



Fiona Chritsensen, Australian, Chef - A very experienced yacht chef. Has cooked on sailing and motor yachts sailing all around the world.

An absolute passion for producing a constant stream of delicious, healthy food, using only the best, freshest, locally sourced natural produce.

2023 will be her 5th season on Odyssey III.



Antoine Le Goff, French, Mate - Antoine is the Mate onboard MY Odssey III, he has been in the yachting industry for 7yrs. He has excellent knowledge of the Mediterranean as he spent the last 5yrs onboard MY Aladdin 40m, cruising mainly the French Riviera.

He is avid water sports man, expert tender driver, and a lover of kite surfing - he used to run his own kite surfing business in Egypt.

Antoine is here to make your stay memorable.



Adam Randall, Welsh, Engineer - Spent 16 years as an Air-conditioning engineer and Manager, in the U. K. And Malaysia.

An absolute wizard fixing things, and always there to assist with anything.

This will be his 3rd season on Odyssey III.



Sarah-Jayne Meneilly, British (Plymouth) Stewardess - Relatively new in yachting, has done some temporary work as relief stew in the past. She has extensive experience in hostelry and former management position in care homes.

Passionate and organised, she is looking forward to welcoming you onboard MY Odyssey III.
