NEW STAR accommodates eight guests in three double suites and a twin stateroom – ideal both for couples and families thanks to the layout separating the master bedroom & the VIP from the other cabins, ensuring extra level of privacy.

- The master cabin is situated on the main deck. It is composed of a spacious bathroom with steam shower and Jacuzzi, and an impressive 180° view. In addition, the master cabin disposes of a large walk-through wardrobe.
- The VIP cabin is located aft with own stairs, it is very spacious with plenty of storage and has a beautiful bathroom. Could be considered as a second Master
- Mid ship, you will find a double cabin and twin cabin, both with ensuite bathroom.

Along his career, Alain also developed a strong technical expertise in addition to his cruising knowledge all over the Mediterranean Sea, Red Sea and the Caribbean. Meticulous and organized, he enjoys keeping the yachts he is in charge of at a very high level to ensure a safe, welcoming and stress-free environment for the guests. Always looking to details in order to present a spotless yacht, both aesthetically and technically, guests on board will be in good hands with Alain. When Alain is not on board, he likes practising motors sports.

She has served as a Solo, Head, and Crew Chef aboard both sailing and motor yachts, (Lagoon, Fountaine Pajot, Sunreef, Riva, Benetti, etc), for charter and private operations. Calm under pressure and highly adaptable, Anna has managed galley start-ups, transfers, and dual-season service. Classically trained in Italian cuisine, she specializes in fresh, seasonal and healthy dishes sourced with care in every port. Her wide-ranging repertoire includes Mediterranean, French, Asian, Middle Eastern, and fusion cuisines. She is also a skilled pastry chef, with expertise in gluten-free baking, homemade pasta, and artisan desserts. A dedicated wellness chef, Anna adapts meals to all dietary needs—vegan, gluten-free, keto, diabetic—delivering nutritious and delicious cuisine for both guests and crew. A true team player with a sailor’s heart, she also supports all departments onboard and always ensures a spotless galley and flawless service

Holding a 750 kW Engineer license and having completed advanced training in fire-fighting, medical care, and maritime safety, he combines technical excellence with a calm and professional demeanor on board. With a career that includes experience on both sailing and motor yachts ranging from 20m to over 50m, he has proven his ability to maintain and troubleshoot complex engine rooms, manage onboard systems, and assist seamlessly with deck operations. His time on prestigious vessels such as S/Y Ipharra and M/Y Steel has honed his versatility, discretion, and commitment to safety and reliability. His meticulous attention to detail, hands-on experience with engines, young energy and passion for the sea make him an invaluable part of the crew. CHIEF STEWARD: William Holt British, 27 years old Spoken languages: English, Professional, adaptable, and service-driven, William brings a unique combination of high-end hospitality experience and operational excellence to every charter. With a strong maritime background on yachts ranging from 27m to 37m, he has demonstrated the ability to lead interior operations with meticulous attention to detail while supporting deck procedures and guest services with ease. William is entrusted not only with guest-facing service but also with vessel preparation, provisioning, accounting, payroll, and crew management—reflecting both trust and leadership. His past roles aboard M/Y Kumba IV, M/Y Millesime and M/Y Jade also showcase his versatility, from silver service and cabin turn-downs to assisting with mooring, night watches, and water toy management. With a strong background in land-based luxury hospitality and private estate housekeeping, William understands discretion, finesse, and the high standards expected aboard a charter yacht. Guests can expect a seamless experience under his care—where every detail is thought of, and every moment is elevated.

Over the past several years, she has worked in luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, boutique travel operations, and a five-star spa—developing a keen eye for detail and a natural flair for anticipating guest needs. She is confident in both housekeeping and service roles and loves creating memorable guest moments—whether that’s through a beautifully made cocktail, flawless cabin presentation, or thoughtful personal touches. Known for her positive energy, calm under pressure, and team-player mindset, she will be a good support for the Chief Stew, and contribute to a smooth and happy interior. She finds joy in getting to know how guests like their drinks and what treats they enjoy at different moments. When she is not on board, she likes reading as well as enjoying horse riding, surfing, swimming and travelling.

Deckhand

South African, 22 years old Spoken languages: English Tiaan is a motivated and hands-on Deckhand with a background in both yachting and technical land-based roles. With experience on vessels ranging from 27m to 45m, he has contributed to both private and charter operations, demonstrating strong skills in washdowns, teak scrubbing, stainless steel polishing, detailing, and tender handling, including jet tender operations with a 6m Williams. Team-player, dynamic and adaptable, Tiaan brings a diverse skill set and a proactive attitude to every vessel he joins. He loves giving guests an excellent experience and seeing the crew and his efforts pay off. His previous work in carpentry, crane operations, and project management has instilled a strong work ethic, technical understanding, and excellent team coordination.
