Having worked as a crew member for yacht charter guests for 8 years, Léo is especially skilled with ship maintenance, mechanics, painting, mooring, seamanship, sailing manoeuvres, use and mastery of navigation equipment, team management and manoeuvres at the helm. Léo is approachable, passionate about his role, and speaks 3 languages! Job Description Léo oversees the navigation, general operations, and financial management of the vessel, as well as the well-being of both the crew and guests. He maintains the yacht's efficient functioning at all times, ensuring strict compliance with hazard protocols and regulations. He further takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state laws, and local regulations, managing the crew to guarantee full comprehension and compliance with the vessel's policies. In delegating tasks and supervising the crew's activities, he fosters teamwork and personalised growth.
