Other notable captaincies include ENDLESS SUMMER III (LAGOON 65 ECO), completing a 480nm offshore delivery from BVI to Grenada while managing all onboard operations, crew, and maintenance. With a strong mechanical and electrical background, including a full catamaran restoration project, Will brings a highly hands-on and solution-focused approach to yacht management. Job Description Will is responsible for the overall command, safe navigation, and operation of the vessel. This includes passage planning, crew management, maintenance oversight, and financial administration. He ensures compliance with all maritime regulations while delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing charters, and maintaining the yacht to the highest standards both technically and visually. He is currently working as First Mate aboard a BALI 4.8 in the BVI, where he is actively involved in navigation, watchkeeping, deck operations, and onboard maintenance in a busy charter environment. His offshore experience includes delivery passages on both BALI and LAGOON catamarans, covering routes such as Gibraltar to Lanzarote and BVI to Grenada, where he gained confidence in night watches, sail handling, weather awareness, and working in close team environments. He also completed an intensive UKSA Yachtmaster Offshore training program on a 68ft CLIPPER, further developing his skills in passage planning, leadership, and offshore seamanship. Job Description Ben is responsible for supporting the captain in the safe navigation and operation of the vessel, including passage planning and watchkeeping. He leads deck operations such as anchoring, mooring, sail handling, and tender driving, while also assisting with maintenance of engines, generators, and onboard systems. Prior to this, she was Chef/First Mate on a BALI 5.4, combining high-level food service with involvement in vessel operations and deck work. Her experience also includes freelance yacht chef roles in the Mediterranean and a delivery from Grenada to the BVI aboard SY LOLA, contributing to watchkeeping and onboard safety. Milou’s background is further strengthened by extensive land-based chef roles in restaurants, private catering, and farm cooking, giving her a versatile and creative culinary style. Job Description Milou is responsible for all galley operations onboard, including menu planning, provisioning, and preparing high-quality meals tailored to guest preferences. She maintains exceptional hygiene and safety standards while managing time and resources efficiently in a dynamic environment. Job Description Robyn is responsible for maintaining the interior of the vessel to the highest standards, including housekeeping, laundry, table settings, and guest service. She ensures all guest areas are clean, organised, and guest-ready at all times.
