Thanks to my various experiences on monohulls and catamarans in the Caribbean sea and the Mediterranean sea, I am versatile. I like to please my guests, prepare healthy, fresh and regional meals. My rigor and my discretion simplifies the flow of life onboard, I take care of guests by trying to anticipate their needs. This job allows me to express my enthusiasm of cooking and sharing.
