Jasali II, formerly known as Independence, is a luxurious 53 metre / 174 foot sailing yacht. She was built in 1998 by Perini Navi in Viareggio, Italy and in the year she was launched she won two prestigious awards for her interior design. She has never undergone an interior refitting as the owner is keen to preserve her authentic Perini style and spirit. The yacht is impeccably maintained by the entire crew.

This splendid yacht, with a maximum beam of 11.41 metres and a draft of 3.9/8.3 metres, is powered by two 860 hp Deutz engines, giving her a top speed of 15.8 knots. The sailing performance is driven by the sail system, featuring two masts and a sail area of over 1300 sq. metres

The cockpit is aft of the superstructure, where there is also access to the lazarette. The lazarette can be accessed by a convenient retractable ladder on the port side. Boarding takes place via a comfortable and very stable gangway located at the stern, where guests are immediately welcomed by the crew with a refreshing welcome cocktail.

There is a platform with hydraulic pistons, which is used for swimming or boarding and disembarking from the tender, making it very easy and convenient to use. Inside there is a comfortable gym, and guests will also find water toys and beach towels.

On the main deck there is a very large, comfortable and cosy saloon, which is equipped with a TV, iPad, and many places to read or converse. There are two tables, one can seat up to 12 people comfortably and the other up to 6. This area also offers sofas and armchairs in which to relax, and can be closed if necessary. It is equipped with a day head. On the same deck is the pantry and finally the internal command area. On the starboard and port sides, there are two wide passages to reach the bow area, where guests can enjoy a large space for relaxing during navigation and sunbathe. The main sunbathing area however, is on the flybridge which also houses a second cockpit and the external command area. All exterior areas are equipped with a hi-fi system, and offer perfect places to relax and enjoy the sea.

On the lower deck is the sleeping area. The yacht has 5 cabins accommodating a total of 10 guests. The master cabin offers a king-size bed, private bathroom, sofa and desk; The 2 VIP cabins have queen-size beds, private bathrooms and desks; and 2 twin cabins (not convertible into a double bed) which have private bathrooms and showers, both with Pullman beds for children. The Pullman beds are 190 x 70 cm.

Large vertical elliptical portholes throughout the yacht including all cabins, bring beautiful natural light into this sailing yacht and the entire yacht is carpeted. The yacht’s elegance and charismatic crew will charm even the most demanding charter clients.
