From this time on, he has worked on a vast array of yachts that's taken him all around the globe - climbing the ranks, updating his skill set and qualifications to become a captain. His lust for new experiences and adventures will be sure to make your time onboard E an unforgettable experience. When he's not sailing, you'll find Josh under water scuba diving or climbing the highest peaks.

From Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with Italian roots, Mário Santelli is a chef with a dynamic blend of professional experience in elevated cuisine. Mário's strong restaurant background includes working at prestigious establishments such as Tiara in Rio, where he contributed to the restaurant's nomination for the World50Best 2023 and an entry in the Michelin Guide 2024. He also collaborated with acclaimed French chefs like Chef Frédérick Monier, and honed his skills as Head Chef at Outeiro das Brisas Hotel in Bahia. He participated in the MasterChef Brazil competition, where his passion for cooking truly flourished. Following this, he launched a successful career as a private chef, bringing his creativity and flair to clients across Brazil. In the yachting world, Mário has completed two seasons as a yacht chef, across the Caribbean and Mediterranean. He creates exceptional dining experiences that merge the comforting flavors of his Italian heritage with contemporary techniques and vibrant, exotic ingredients. Certified as an Amateur Skipper and Wakeboard Instructor, Mário integrates his love for the ocean with his culinary talents. With a commitment to exploring new flavors and bringing his unique fusion of tradition and innovation to E, he is excited to continue delivering memorable dining experiences onboard.
