Most recently, he has served as Captain aboard LIFE OF THE SEA 70, managing charter operations, crew leadership, accounting, provisioning, and logistics while maintaining an excellent safety record. Previously, he captained EPIPHANY, overseeing day-to-day management and maintenance, and GALVENTURES in Greece. Earlier in his career, Adam worked as a senior dive instructor in Australia and Costa Rica, combining his maritime expertise with a strong background in guest-focused adventure tourism. Job Description Adam is responsible for the safe navigation and overall management of the vessel, crew, and guests. He oversees passage planning, maintenance, budgeting, compliance with maritime regulations, provisioning, and charter operations while ensuring a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience onboard. She specialises in creating seasonal, guest-focused menus, managing provisioning and budgets, accommodating dietary requirements, and maintaining high standards of galley organisation. Her offshore experience includes multiple passages and she also assists with deck operations and tender handling when required. Job Description As Chef, Rachael is responsible for planning and preparing high-quality meals for guests and crew, catering to dietary preferences and special requirements while maintaining exceptional hygiene and food safety standards. She manages provisioning, budgeting, inventory, and galley operations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable onboard dining experience.
