His unique and multi-faced cuisine has graced prestigious events for brands like Rolex, Louis Vuitton, and over 700 luxury wedding celebrations across Asia. After completing culinary school in Sweden, Daniel honed his skills in California, training under some of the world's top chefs and becoming a proud member of the "Californian Mercenary Chefs." He has even made appearances on several Cooking TV Shows, showcasing his talent and expertise. For Daniel, being a chef is not just a job; it's a lifestyle. He takes great pride in tailoring exceptional menus for guests, using the finest products, and creating culinary creations beyond imagination.

He enjoys building stand up jet skis and has competed in surf freestyle competitions on a national level.
