Fabrizio is delighted to now be ATALANTE’s captain, which drives his passion for yachting forward. Job Description Fabrizio is responsible for the navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew, and guests. He always ensures the safe and efficient operation of ATLANTE, including compliance with all procedures and regulations that keep our guests safe. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the catamaran’s policies. He further encourages teamwork, individual growth, and personal attention in delegating duties and supervising all crew tasks. Sail & Work Experience Giovanni is delighted to be working onboard ATALANTE as her First Mate. With over a decade of experience in the industry, he is a qualified, experienced Captain with a strong background in boat maintenance and engineering! Giovanni’s career spans commanding and crewing on various vessels across the Mediterranean and Caribbean. He has worked as a captain, relief captain, or engineer on sailboats up to 112ft in the past! His experience also extends from successful racing charters to transatlantic deliveries, demonstrating this sailor’s versatility and dedication. Job Description Giovanni has the expertise required to stand in for Captain in his absence, acting as second in command. He assists the Captain during navigation and participates in all on-deck operations, respecting guest’s activities. He has extensive knowledge of sailing yachts maintenance and is responsible for the running of deck equipment and machinery. With a background that includes working as a stewardess, deckhand, and cook on different sailboats, she has sailed over 4500 miles across the Mediterranean in three sailings, mastering the art of delivering exceptional maritime experiences to guests. Her tenure on the 82-foot Custom sailboat NEW DIMENSION developed her skills in preparing and serving delicious gourmet meals, handling provisioning, and maintaining immaculate interior spaces. Fluent in Italian and English, with intermediate Spanish, she is also communicative and approachable crew member who thrives in multicultural environments. Excited to join ATALANTE this summer, Chiara is committed to enhancing each nautical adventure with professionalism and a touch of Italian charm. Job Description As a stewardess, Chiara is responsible for organisation, management, and cleanliness of all interiors. She maintains an accurate record of all service items and supplies and ensures cleaning and preparation of the vessel to the highest standards prior to all guest trips. As a chef, Clara is further responsible for the crew and guest meals throughout the charter. With a deft touch and creative flair, she crafts meals that can be likened to the finest dining experiences. From haute cuisine to international treats, her artful skill in the kitchen knows no bounds.
