Isabella Raimondo Description: Isabella Raimondo, born in 1991, is the hostess/cook on board of Aori. After a degree in psychology and marketing, at the age of 26 she left her office job to dedicate herself completely to her true passion, the sea. She began an intense training as stewardess, deckhand and cook and came to manage boats such as the Southern Wind Fifty II and Southern Star. The attention to detail and the search for new elements drives her in the food preparation and in the interior setting. Her cuisine is based on Mediterranean flavors with a creative mix from the various cultures she has encountered while traveling in different states, including Turkey, Spain, Portugal and Ireland.
